SSIA’s diversified investment portfolio primarily includes Suryacipta City of Industry, which is the company’s largest project with a total location permit of 1,400 ha, as well as the Gran Melia Jakarta Hotel, Melia Bali Villas & Spa Resort, Banyan Tree Ungasan Resort – Bali and BATIQA Hotels. It has recently obtained location permit for a 2,000ha landbank in Subang.
